Working with the delegation of Thua Thien Hue Institute for Development Studies

      The meeting aims to help the delegation could learn about regulation in management, preservation and restoration which are applied for relics, monuments in Hoi An ancient town to implement provincial technological science project "Research for proposals building Gia Hoi ancient town to become a typical commercial tourism street of Hue City".

      Mr. Quang Van Quy - Deputy Director of Hoi An Centerfor Cultural Heritage Management and Preservation hosted the meeting. He had briefly introduced about history of formation and development of Hoi An, especially about cultural heritage management, preservation and promotion, which based on strict regulations applied for architectural relics in the ancient town.
       Dr. Dang Minh Nam, on the behalf of the delegation, thanked the Center welcomed and shared experience in managing and preserving Hoi An's cultural heritage. He also expressed his hope that the Instituite will continue to be supported to get more information and conduct field surveys, thereby contributing to creat the database for project implemention.
