The opening ceremony of Photo Exhibition themed “Land and People of Da Nang” and award ceremony of Photo Contest “Da Nang people - Industriousness, frugality, honesty, uprightness, and absolute impartiality”
On December 12, 2025, at the Museum of Folklore – No.62 Bach Dang street, Union of Literature and Arts Associations of Da Nang City in conjunction with Center for the Conservation of Hoi An World Cultural Heritage and People’s Committte of Hoi An ward held the opening ceremony of Photo Exhibition themed “Land and People of Da Nang” and award ceremony of Photo Contest “Da Nang people - Industriousness, frugality, honesty, uprightness, and absolute impartiality” The event attracted affection of artists, photographers, and local communities.
Photo Exhibition “Land and People of Da Nang” had honoured the beauty of land and people of Da Nang. Many photographs had been selected displayed that vividly and multifacetedly depict the natural beauty, people and cultural identity of Da Nang in its path of establishment and development. Through the discerning lens and perspectives of artists, audiences can absorb daily moments, unique architectural works of the city, and even its powerful transformation.
Alongside the exhibition, Union of Literature and Arts Associations of Da Nang City also awarded prizes for the photo contest " Da Nang people - Industriousness, frugality, honesty, uprightness, and absolute impartiality". The contest aimed to spread moral values and a beautiful lifestyle. This was a special highlight, honoring the thoughts, ethics, and style of Uncle Ho and spreading positive values in social life.
Hundreds of entries had been registered which demonstrated the enthusiastic affection of artists, photographers for the contest. All of them reflected the pratical application these moral values in daily life and in working environments.
The event was not only an exchanging opportunity for artists, but also helped foster the pride and love for the homeland and promote the literary and artistic creation movement in the present context.
