Key topics of the conference included: exchange of knowledge regarding local practices, challenges, and initiatives in climate change adaptation; identification of urgent and long-term needs, existing gaps, and potential solutions to guide future cooperation and support activities; strengthening capacity related to climate change response, particularly through the application of core contents of the Climate Action Toolkit currently under development.
