The delegation of The Agency for Cultural Affairs (Japan) and the JICA Vietnam Office worked in Hoi An
On the morning of March 13, 2023, Mr Pham Phu Ngoc - Director of Hoi An Center for Cultural Heritage Management and Preservation welcomed and worked with the delegation of The Agency for Cultural Affairs (Japanese Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology) and the JICA Vietnam Office.

The sides discussed topics related to The Conservation Project of the Japanese Covered Bridge and the organization of activities on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Japan. The delegation consisted of Mr. Hiraoka Hisakazu - Deputy Chief Representative of the JICA Vietnam Office; Mr. Ejima Yusuke - Senior specialist of The Agency for Cultural Affairs and many professors, experts from Japanese universities.
