The photo exhibition "World Cultural Heritage, Hoi An Ancient Town - 25 years of preserving and promoting values".

From November 29 to December 9, 2024, at Hoi An communal house (also known as Ong Voi Temple - No. 27 Le Loi street), a photo exhibition will take place with the content "World Cultural Heritage, Hoi An Ancient Town - 25 years of preserving and promoting values".

     This exhibition is organized by Hoi An Center for Cultural Heritage Management and Preservation on the occassion of the 25th anniversary of Hoi An Ancient Town being recognized by UNESCO as a World  Heritage Site (December 4, 1999 - December 4, 2024).

     The photo exhibition will focus on three major contents: Overview of Hoi An and the values of Hoi An Ancient Town - the World Cultural Heritage site ; Outstanding achievements in the work of preserving and promoting the values ​​of Hoi An Ancient Town in the past 25 years; Orientations for preserving and promoting Hoi An cultural heritage for the future.

     With the above contents, this exhibition not only aims to promote the values of Hoi An cultural heritage, inform about the outcomes of preserving and promoting the values of Hoi An cultural heritage, but also recognizes the efforts of Hoi An government and people, and appreciates the enthusiastic support of friends, scientists, heritage organizations from many countries in preservation and promotion work. In addition, this exhibition is expected to raise the pride and love for the homeland of Hoi An, Quang Nam as well as awareness of the work of preserving and promoting cultural heritage in the present context. Hopefully, with meticulously prepared contents and forms, the exhibition space will be attractive to the public and tourists.
