Supporting the renovation of House No. 10/17 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai street.
On August 23, 2023, the People's Committee of Hoi An city agreed to support the renovation of House No. 10/17 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai street, Cam Pho ward according to Decision No. 1128/QD-UBND.

This house is a type IV architectural monument, located in Area I of Hoi An Ancient Town.
According to the above decision, the owner of the house No. 10/17 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai street, Cam Pho ward will receive 60% of the government funding to repair the yin-yang tile roof system. Funds are deducted from recurrent expenditures for basic construction works in 2023.
The work will contribute to preserving the values of the monument in particular and ensuring the architectural landscape of Hoi An Ancient Town in general.
