Investment of over 20.3 billion VND for the Restoration Project of Japanese Covered Bridge

The Restoration Project of Japanese Covered Bridge (Hoi An city) has just been approved at the 23rd meeting of the 9th Quang Nam Provincial People’s Council with an implementation period from 2021 to 2023 in public investment.
The Restoration Project of Japanese Covered Bridge belongs to Group-C project with a total investment of over 20.3 billion VND, of which 50% supported by the provincial budget and 50% by the Hoi An budget. According to the plan, the People's Committee of Hoi An City allocates a capital plan in 2021 for the project of 5 billion VND to start construction, the rest of the capital will be balanced and allocated enough in 2022 and 2023 and ensures the time for allocating capital of Group-C projects with no more than 3 years in accordance with the Law on Public Investment.
