According to Travel + Leisure's announcement, leading the ranking of the 2026 World Best Cities is San Miguel de Allende (Mexico), followed by Kyoto (Japan), Chiang Mai (Thailand), Hoi An (Vietnam), and Oaxaca (Mexico).
