On August 4, 2022, following the direction of Hoi An City People's Committee, Hoi An Center for Cultural Heritage Management and Preservation had a meeting and worked with the delegation of Academy of Politics Region II and III (Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics) led by Dr. Nguyen Thi Kim Lien, Dean of Faculty of Culture and Development, Academy of Politics Region II.
Scene of the meeting
The meeting aims to learn and research the management and preservation of Hoi An cultural heritage, as well as the promotion of cultural heritage values to develop tourism activities in the future.
At the meeting, Mr. Pham Phu Ngoc - Director of the Center gave an overview of the policies of Hoi An cultural heritage management in recent years, in which the work of preservation and promotion was emphasized to meet demand of tourism development after long pandemic closure.
Dr. Nguyen Thi Kim Lien on behalf of the delegation thanked the Center for welcoming and spending time working with the delegation. The contents exchanged at the meeting had contributed to providing useful information for the teaching and scientific research of the lecturers of Faculty of Culture and Development as well as of the Academy.
