Visitors to Hoi An museums in nine months of 2022

In nine months of 2022, the number of people visiting museums which are managed by Hoi An Center for Cultural Heritage Management and Preservation, reached 248.468, therein the number of international visitors was 89.452.
Visitors at Museum of Sa Huynh Culture
Besideds, the Center had organised diverse activities such as historical tours to Hoi An An Prison relic and Hoi An communal house for 922 visitors, "Museum discovery" for 553 students, lesson "One hour for history" for 425 students,… Besides, the Center had also organized many surveys for collecting documents and objects of revolutionary history, traditional occupations in Hoi An and Quang Nam province.
In addition, the Center have been collaborating with Wedidit Solutions Company Limited to deploy QR codes for looking up information about relics and museums in the ancient town (conduct survey, explanatory information, sample design,…). In particular, responding to super typhoon Noru last month, the Center had actively made preparations to take measures to ensure safety for museums and relics in the ancient town.
