This is a civil construction, grade IV invested by Hoi An Center for Cultural Heritage Management and Preservation. State budget is arranged in 2023, implementation period is from 2023 to 2024.Items of work are: dismantle the existing brick foundation, renovate the space, renew lighting system, adding trees, flower tubs, chairs, lanterns, statues simulated process of lantern making.
The renovation of space at the intersection of Hoang Dieu street and Bach Dang street contributes to ensuring urban landscape, traffic safety and creating a rest stop area for residents and visitors.
