Termite treatment for relics in Hoi An city

      Mr. Tran Van Tan - Vice Chairman of Quang Nam People's Committee together with representatives of provincial departments, leaders of Hoi An City and representaives of Hoi An Center for Cultural Heritage Management and Preservation attended the meeting and shared with the delegation about experiences in building mechanisms and policies for management, preservation and promotion of Hoi An ancient town.
       At the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Van Son - Chairman of Hoi An People's Committee gave an overview of the process of implementing policies to preserve and promote cutural heritage of Hoi An and specially expressed gratitude to generations of leaders and local people with the early efforts in promulgating and applying regulations on protection and use of relics in Hoi An ancient town (People's Committee of Quang Nam - Da Nang province (former) already did since 1987).      Mr. Pham Phu Ngoc - Director of Hoi An Center for Cultural Heritage  Management and Preservation, representative of Hoi An, had a report on experiences and some practical solutions of Hoi An in encouraging and supporting organizations and individuals to participate in the preservation and reconstruction of Hoi An ancient town, in which emphasizing mechanism of magement and sharing suitable benefits from business activities in the ancient town.

      Members of the Capital Law working group asked many in-depth questions through which to learn more about the management mechanism for works, architectural landscapes, measures to encourage effective and sustainable exploitation of natural resources. cultural and historical works, public spaces in urban economic development; Adding practical experiences to organize consultation on reports and documents serving the preparation of dossiers of application for the development of the Capital Law (amended) to submit to the Government and the National Assembly in the future. next time.

      The delegation members had asked many in-depth questions to learn more about the management mechanism for the relics/historical buildings, effective and sustainable promotion of cultural and historical works, architectural landscapes and public spaces in urban economic development.
