After construction period, on January 5, 2024, Hoi An Center for Cultural Heritage Management and Preservation Center coordinated with the People's Committee of Cam Pho ward and involved municipal departments to held a meeting of handing over and putting into use the House No. 10/17 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai str (Cam Pho ward).

This house is a type IV relic in Area I of Hoi An Ancient Town. The homeowner received a financiall support of 60% of the total cost (from regular expenditures of a basic construction nature in 2023) for repairing yin yang tile roof system. Thanh Phu Consulting, Investment and Construction Company Limited conducted the work.
The regulare renovation of relics of the ancient town aims to preserve, promote not only values of the relic but also safeguard the overall architectural values of Hoi An Ancient Town, a World Heritage site.
