Announcement of the visiting in Hoi An Ancient Town

Welcome to Hội An Ancient Town – A World Cultural Heritage and Creativity site of UNESCO. Each entrance ticket represents a meaningful contribution to the preservation and promotion of both tangible and intangible cultural heritage values. We kindly ask visitors to purchase tickets before entering the ancient town.
1. Tourist’s benefits:
- Entrance ticket price 80.000 VND:
+ Visit general landscape of the ancient town.
+ Visit 01 monument: Japanese Covered Bridge or Quan Công Temple
+ Self-selection 02 monuments in the rest.
- Entrance ticket price 120.000 VND:
+ Visit general landscape of the ancient town.
+ Visit 01 monument: Japanese Covered Bridge or Quan Công Temple.
+ Self-selection 01 monument in the museum system.
+ Self-selection 03 monuments in the rest.
* Beside the monuments in the ticket structure, tourists who buy ticket can experience cultural and artistic activities according to time frames:
- Enjoy art performances at the Traditional Art Performance House (66 Bach Dang Street) at the following times: 10:15 AM, 3:15 PM, and 4:15 PM daily.
- Experience Japanese Tea Ceremony performance at Japanese Culture Gallery (06 Nguyễn Thị Minh Khai Street) at 9:30 AM and 4:30 daily.
- Experience cultural and artistic activities as part of the "Night Town" project (including Bai Choi game, folk games, folk singing classes, pre-war music singing, and enjoying street performances with traditional musical instruments, etc.).
2. During your visit, please implement in accordance with the regulations of the "Walking and Cycling town":
- In the ancient town:
+ From 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM during the summer.
+ From 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM during the winter.
- On Phan Chau Trinh Street:
+ From 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM during the summer.
+ From 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM during the winter.
3. General Notes:
- Visitors only need to purchase a ticket once, which is valid throughout the stay in Hoi An (up to 03 days). If you have visited all the sites included in the ticket, please keep the ticket stub for easy access to the ancient town.
- For groups purchasing 8 or more tickets, a free guide service will be provided for the tour of World Cultural Heritage Site – Hội An Ancient Town and the monuments included in the ticket.
4. Exemptions and Discounts:
- Exemptions: Children under 16 years old; people from poor households; journalists, researchers, and members of the Vietnam Heritage Association; people with severe disabilities as defined by the government.
* 50% discount for (Vietnamese only): War veterans; people from particularly disadvantaged communes or hamlets as defined by the government; people with disabilities; elderly people according to the Elderly Law; those receiving care at social protection centers; students of ethnic minority schools; people entitled to cultural consumption benefits according to Decision No. 170/2003/QĐ-TTg dated August 14, 2003, by the Prime Minister regarding policies on cultural consumption benefits. For those who qualify for multiple benefits, only a 50% discount will be applied to the entrance ticket.
